You might ask when is psychotherapy appropriate?

I view the psychotherapeutic relationship as sacred: where much healing can occur on an emotional, cognitive and behavioral level.  The more you put into your healing process the more you gain, and your life relationships will improve. Improvement may also mean letting go of relationships that no longer work.
